YourGlowByMay is the official online store operated by MCosmetics LLC. These terms and conditions apply to all interactions and transactions between MCosmetics LLC and its customers. Products and services offered through YourGlowByMay are also subject to the terms set by their respective suppliers or service providers.
MCosmetics LLC reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your order will apply and is available on https://yourglowbymay.com.
MCosmetics LLC is not liable for damages caused by force majeure, defined as events or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will inform customers as soon as reasonably possible.

When placing an order, customers must provide accurate contact information including full name, shipping address, phone number, and email address. For business clients, company details including tax ID and billing information are also required.

4. Pricing
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and include applicable VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.
Obvious pricing errors will not be honored. If a product is listed at an incorrect price and it is clear the customer should have recognized the error, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
If the price changes between order placement and processing, we will honor the lower price if it drops, or maintain the original price if it increases.
MCosmetics LLC reserves the right to limit the quantity of items sold, particularly in bulk or wholesale scenarios.
You must be 18 or older to purchase age-restricted products. Proof of age may be required.
5. Delivery
YourGlowByMay offers multiple shipping methods, displayed during checkout. Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments.
We aim to process orders within 48 business hours of receipt. Orders are shipped once all items are in stock and payment is confirmed.
We are not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or unforeseen events. If an item is delayed, customers can choose to wait or cancel. Orders not picked up from the delivery point will be returned, and reshipping fees will apply.
6. Warranty & Returns
Warranties are subject to the manufacturer’s terms and cover manufacturing and material defects only. The warranty duration is provided in the product details or manual.
Warranty claims may be processed directly with the manufacturer or through our support team at info@yourglowbymay.com.
YourGlowByMay also complies with legal obligations concerning defective products, even outside the warranty period.
7. Complaints
To file a complaint or return an item, proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required. All complaints must be submitted in writing to info@yourglowbymay.com.
We reserve the right to charge a search fee for locating missing order details if the customer cannot provide documentation.
8. Payment
All payments on our site are one-time transactions. We accept a variety of secure payment methods as listed at checkout.
